I wanted to maintain always on, flag 44 set, after a power cycle. Only way is by a synthetic program. This power-off program uses flag 11 to auto execute on power-on, and restores all flags. A separate key is assigned to power-off.

FYI, if you are taking apart a Dynalogic Hyperion, there are only six screws to worry about: two flathead captive in the handle, two Phillips on the bottom, and these sneaky Phils on the bottom-side. Don't bother trying to remove the hard-to-reach ones. #retrocomputing
