First they asked me for wait 2 hours at pickup point, delayed and then asked me to come 40km away from pickup point. I refused so driver cancelled call.

Extremely disappointed with redBus . Booked ticket TT5T66408424 with extra fee for full refund on cancellation. Called at 1530 for cancellation as per my 2000hrs departure time, but told it's 4hrs before starting time, not departure. False advertising much? #RedbusFail

redBus I had booked a ticket from Coimbatore to Bangalore on 4th May, with flexibility to reschedule once. I want the same ticket in the same operator and time for 5th May. It does not allow stating transporter not having reschedule policy !! Why are you misleading customers?

Hello redBus I'm constrained to express my utter disdain with my bus trip, i booked through your platform. I'm traveling from Bihar to Delhi (PNR No. 10489, Ticket No. TT5U19734660). Bus is absolutely filthy, overcrowded and in complete unacceptable condition.
