I'll never forget my first Ofsted lesson observation, as an NQT, when they said I couldn't rely on this level of energy to engage and enthuse my class as it would diminish as I got older. I hope they get to watch this, 20 years later. 🤔

Many pleas to Ofsted for an immediate inspection.

Cries of safeguarding concerns.

Demands for my removal as Head.

But they deny cancel culture exists.🙄

Despite all these complaints, OFSTED graded Cafcass' overall effectiveness as 'Outstanding'. This rating is very concerning, and demonstrates that the 165 complaints were not adequately considered during their investigation

Sorry but ofsted should not inspect:

- in exam season (May/June)
- in first/last fortnight of year.
- last week before Christmas.

Two Westmorland and Furness Short Breaks care homes have been award ‘Good’ by OFSTED after inspections in March 2024.

A huge well done to all the staff for providing a safe, happy place for children with special needs to come for a short break.
