We held a wellbeing group on Riverwood ward today. This incorporated lots of discussion and self reporting on active approaches to regulate and promote healthy minds; including challenging the negative habits we have! #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek2024 #OccupationalTherapy

One of the most novel things I’ve done at the hospital is an occupational therapy session to prepare for my return to stand-up.

✅ Whisk instead of mic.
