I did a bench press of 65 Kg (including the bar) which is my personal best without anyone spotting for me. I could have gone higher.. but I had slight shoulder pain, so I didn't want to risk it

The scale read 148 this AM. I’ve lost 9 lbs. in seven days ever since my visit to the ER last week. Unacceptable. Goal 178 lbs. so here I go again. Memento mori but in the meantime I got to push back and make use of my time.
