Proud to lead a roundtable at #WHA77 on strengthening health systems. An important part of this work is providing equal access to immunization so that all people around the world can experience the benefits of vaccination for health and well-being.

For 50 years, immunization has been our greatest weapon against many killer diseases.

Glad to join World Health Organization (WHO) DG, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Governments and partners for #EPI50 commemoration on the margins of #WHA77 .
The journey has taught us that , with vaccines, #EndingDiseasesInAfrica is possible.

#UNICEF & WHO Yemen are currently training 200 general practitioners for 35 days. Training programme includes: fundamentals of quality of care; infection prevention & control; #maternal & newborn health; #immunization ; #nutrition , mental health, etc..
