I took one lloyd a/c Havells which is not being installed at my place yet. I am trying to connect with the agent who will install but from last 5 hours he is busy on another call. Is I took a wrong decision to purchase lloyd a/c??

Hey Havells , Recently I had bought an 1.5 Ton AC & same was installed last week. Till last night was working fine but right now not working.

I am feeling extremely bad that hardly 9-10 days old AC need service request. What kind of useless product you people are making ?

Finding someone to name and shame Havells regarding no support from customer care for even a technician visit for AC under warranty.Escalation complaint also raised but no ise. Will fight this even if it costs time and money now. Looking for engagement.Please DM.

1 yr warranty of Havells Llyod AC ended on 5th May and AC stopped working on 15th May.
Felt like some Chinese brand. Works only till warranty is there.😭😭
Very slow to no response from service centre (even on paid basis) in such hot weather.

Our AC has not been working since last week. We made a complaint in My Lloyd My Lloyd Care 360 Havells for which they said they'll send an engineer. We haven't got any engineers yet. If Lloyd couldn't provide a better service they shouldn't sell their ACs
