Greywacke's final parcel of pinot noir is ready for pressing to barrel after fermenting on skins in tank. Patience is the name of the game now, as the wine will spend the better part of a year in barrel.

If wine is 'made in the vineyard' then 'harvest is decided in the ute'! Up and down rows, in and out of blocks, to and from vineyards - every day - to taste and analyse grapes on the vine.

The latest edition of dish Magazine has hit the shelves this week, naming Greywacke Pinot Gris 2019 amongst its top three New Zealand pinot gris.
The #greywackers were pretty chuffed with Dish's review, giving it 5 stars and a gold medal.
