Should also point out: community engagement would not have prevented the bulldozing of minority neighborhoods for freeways.

Everyone involved in the decision knew full well how the residents would feel and actively wanted to destroy their homes. That was their end goal.

The freeways are so crazy. I can't even explain what's going on. Nothing makes sense. There is no slow lane or fast lane or carpool lane anymore. People drive 75 across the board with a few crazy randos doing 100+. Cars slow down or speed up inexplicably.
