#dumpthescales march meeting #CeasefireForGaza #FreePalestine protests 💪🇵🇸 A lot of love and support both ways 🥺🙏 We even got a round of applause as we passed The Houses of Parliament 💜
Another important event organised by Hope Virgo . Eating disorder services need to change and that change can only happen when we acknowledge the distress and act together. I will be going #dumpthescales
Supporting my darling daughter Isla (and thousands of others) who suffer with eating disorders on the #DumpTheScales march in central London. So proud of all of those battling and winning. So full of sorrow and upset for those families of loved ones who lose their battle.
So grateful to Ken, Sharon and Nicky for speaking up at the #dumpthescales march - the stigma, lack of funding and lack of training in eating disorders is a national disgrace!

I was discharged and given up by a nhs ed service when I was at my worst.
I was told I exhausted all options.
here I am, 5 years later! I’m not only surviving but living and thriving.
recovery is possible so please never say ‘no’ but help!!!
So great to be at the #Dumpthescales march today.
No one should be denied treatment for an eating disorder.
Mum and I attending the #DumpTheScales march in London today! Such an important event to me as last year I wasn’t well enough to attend but wanted that to be a goal. I’ve done so much of my recovery without the NHS’s help because of stupid arbitrary criteria to access treatment.
The support I’ve received over the last 48hrs…I can’t put into words what it means to me…thank you so so much! I will never stop fighting and raising my voice till I see solid change happening 💪🏽 The solidarity on Saturday was something really beautiful🫶🏼🥺 #dumpthescales
Such an emotional march in London this morning. A mixture of gratitude for full recovery, and sorrow for those who have lost their lives to an eating disorder. Incredible speeches from all areas of experience, a wonderful moment to be a part of. We took up space! #dumpthescales
Completely overwhelmed and so so grateful to every single person who has supported the #dumpthescales campaign, and to all those who came today to join the march. It was such a powerful and emotional day and I have a lot of brain processing to do
My visual response to one of the speeches at #dumpthescales march, with Hope Virgo
There was barely a dry eye in the crowd as we listened to a father talk about the loss of his daughter to her eating disorder, and watched parents hug their children in a moment of shared grief.

Today is the birthday of my late friend Tatum Ashley Cohen.
Her eating disorder killed her.
A vibrant young woman with so much sparkle, she's missed.
EDs have the highest mortality rate of all mental health conditions.
So today, I'll reaffirm that my DMs are always
