The free Pif Synth library by Dave Hilowitz has blown my mind. I got the idea of using only that synth, dry, for a song after a conversation. Turns out you can even use it for percussion if you tweak it. Check DecentSampler out, it rips.

I've just finished my new library for #DecentSampler , a free instrument for a #FreeVST ! Made from samples from a soda bottle, I've gotten it to reproduce flute-like organ sounds as well as a realistic calliope. It should be out on #pianobook in a few days!

Getting a good start on building an instrument for the #DecentSampler , a very cool (and FREE) sample player I was recently introduced to. Lot of work yet to do, and a 𝐋𝐎𝐓 of things to learn in order to be able to do that work. So, there's a lot of fun ahead for me!
