And this is why is important. What is it I am saying 'yes' or 'no' to? Generally speaking I would always try to avoid yes/no types of responses as it makes the use think (or worse, assume) on what yes/no means.

Find myself triggered by aspects of that come up (although is my focus). I don't like a question embedded in a sentence, and I don't like 'Yes' or 'no' buttons. On a quick read the 'Yes' relates to the last verb (discard) which isn't what it does.
