Tens of thousands of student borrowers in the class action lawsuit Sweet v. Cardona are still waiting for settlement relief that was due by 1/28/24.

Throwing this conundrum out to the Twittersphere: I’m approved for the discharge but two big loans were consolidated. There’s a record of them at Naviemt as Art institute loans, but the consolidated loans say something different. Should I worry?
