Not a group I have worked much in but the bryophilous basidiomycete mushrooms are coming out from now. Look out for them on a wall near you. They'll mostly be gone by Christmas.

A nice population of the generalist bryophilous basidiomycete Chromocyphella muscicola on some decaying Frullania beneath Ulota crispa agg. C. muscicola appears to be very common at this time of year, but often rather inconspicuous among other epiphytic mosses.
