Astonishing bonuses for mediocre service, sounds like Singapore Airlines is the place to work. Seriously, award employees for good work, but when customers are getting slammed and experiencing poor services this sort of news goes down like a cup of cold sick.

Bought an @IFBIndia AC from Flipkart. After a painful installation process, the remote isn't working. Raised a complaint on 5th May, it's now 16th May with no response from IFB. Multiple emails to customer service with no use. Very disappointed with the service!

I paid Lowe's 239 dollars to install a dishwasher and haul off the old one. Guy came a day late, left part of it off and didnโ€™t haul away the old one. No I have to pay someone else to come take it out and put it back AND haul off the old one.

Ahmareen Anjum and myself had a bad experience flying with Air India on our return journey from London to Mumbai on May 3rd. Our screens were not working for the whole duration of the flight which was 9 hrs. We wonโ€™t fly with them again.
