1/4 New paper! Remember bumping up & down when flying in turbulence? Turns out bumpiness from the free flight of birds tells us how turbulence it is at fine scale! Work w Emily Shepard Andrew Ross Michael Quetting Migration Dept., Max Planck Inst. Animal Behavior #ornithology
