The specter town where love once flourished is completely deserted...
Once upon a time a beautiful flower bloomed here beyond the horizon,
Beautiful petals fluttered in the wind..
And the wonderful fragrance reminded that love still exists...

Trees are the memory of the world …

I’m posting this to honour poetry and nature. Of all that I’ve written, this a favourite. I hope it speaks as the trees themselves would speak, in a voice not just mine, in words that say what we most need to hear.

<< Magic compass of your gaze,
stealing into the corner of my soul,
where bravery meets desire, in eyes
that never waver or grow cold >>

सृजन है अधूरा अगर विश्व भर में,
कहीं भी किसी द्वार पर है उदासी,
मनुजता नहीं पूर्ण तब तक बनेगी,
कि जब तक लहू के लिए भूमि प्यासी,
चलेगा सदा नाश का खेल यूँ ही,
भले ही दिवाली यहाँ रोज आए
