Sending a happy to all my fellow crohnies. Living one day at a time, I've learnt to appreciate the good ones. Sometimes there will be bad ones but eventually it gets better. 💜

I Did not realise it was World IBD day. Crohn’s disease has changed my life. It has been a hell of a rollercoaster that makes you appreciate those rare good days so much more. It is also terrifying at times, and its important to reach out to others. So please do.

1/4 So today is . As a fellow sufferer, it’s important to share a spotlight on the challenges faced by others in the same (or worse) positions! This isn’t just a “bathroom” disease as many may believe.
