I have a Tata play box and since the day ot started raining the signal goes off and this happens whenever it starts raining.
I spoke with Tatasky customercare and this is what they say. That in mansoon you wont be able to see channel. What kind of service is this?

Tata sky is fraud. Pathetic service & irresponsible reply from tata sky customer care executives & countinuosly deducting amount from my tata sky set top box while box is not working & they are not even replacing it.
