Beautiful AAFL ablation of a post-Maze patient with .!

What is better than a detailed biatrial flutter mapped with the ? Quick first burn termination with TactiCath SE of course! Abbott Cardiovascular

Great case today! 25 yo with frequent symptomatic Peri-hisian atrial tachycardia. ICE, HDGrid, and tacticath made for a very enjoyable, successful case. Was able to get it on NCC. Did with 0 fluoro as well.

6 y.o. pt with pathway mediated SVT. Diagnosed as PJRT during EPS due to long RP, decremental props, and retrograde cond through path. Upon induction, 2 tachs alternated with slightly different p-wave and CS morphs. TactiCath SE used for successful RF abl of both pathways!

Unable to cannulate the CS?
No problem.

Ensite Precision enabled us to map this Atypical Left Sided Flutter, by referencing timing via the surface p-wave.

‘One burn term’, thanks to the dynamic duo &

Treacherous slow pathway anatomy mapped and safely ablated w/ much improved handling & resolution of the Tacticath SE. Have other encountered such horizontal anatomy? Bonus points to fellows who can describe EP maneuvers shown...

Case #2 of our Abbott AF Experience at UMMC. RF PVI utilizing Advisor HD Grid and TactiCath SE on 66 year old female patient. First pass isolation achieved on left PV’s. Gaps quickly identified on right WACA line with HD Grid along with Carina breakout leading to isolation.

CTI dependent flutter terminated just inferior to the CS os. Used and tacticath. 21,755 points in <20min shows the tachycardia circuit and critical isthmus nicely.

Great job Dr. Alexander! RA incisional flutter mapped with terminated with 3 min of mapping, 7k points and <1 sec terminated.

Can OT activation vectors help pinpoint a focal breakout better than LAT alone? In this RA tach, activation vectors showed us a more specific early point with a QS unipole and first burn termination at this site with TactiCath. Great case with Bharath Reddy, MD, FACC, FHRS!

First case of Tactisense in Florida: zero fluoro: SE field scaling improves overall map compared to impedance only map : Definitely enhanced and much improved version of a Tacticath:
“Mercedes has an AMG engine”
