6 y.o. pt with pathway mediated SVT. Diagnosed as PJRT during EPS due to long RP, decremental props, and retrograde cond through path. Upon induction, 2 tachs alternated with slightly different p-wave and CS morphs. TactiCath SE used for successful RF abl of both pathways! #EPeds

Case #2 of our Abbott AF Experience at UMMC. RF PVI utilizing Advisor HD Grid and TactiCath SE on 66 year old female patient. First pass isolation achieved on left PV’s. Gaps quickly identified on right WACA line with HD Grid along with Carina breakout leading to isolation.

CTI dependent flutter terminated just inferior to the CS os. Used #HDGrid and tacticath. 21,755 points in <20min shows the tachycardia circuit and critical isthmus nicely.
