Another exciting day at the residential! The day began with some canoeing, before we spent some time in our focus groups developing our ideas and then we finished with some evening activities! Looking forward to tomorrow’s activities!

An exciting morning at the announcement of the Team GB Swimmers for the Olympics! Such a cool opportunity to get to interview both Duncan Scott MBE and Katie Shanahan ! Lovely to meet the other swimmers selected too! Looking forward to watching them at the Olympics!

Another fantastic weekend with #YPSP6 nearly over at the amazing #GlenmoreLodge . Been a full on weekend and made really great progress in our focus groups and had great fun with the activities this amazing place has to offer! The best #SportPanel and staff to be with as well!

A goal of our residential was to experience the outdoors and learn how outdoor adventure can be used as physical activity! The panel didn’t let the change in weather stop them! I encourage you to get active outdoors no matter the weather!

This morning we headed to Loch inch for canoeing 🛶 which was great fun - I love the outdoors. We had wind and rain but smiles all round #SportPanel Glenmore Lodge we had a lunch break in the middle on an island with hot chocolate and rolls provided by Glenmore staff😍
The start of a lovely weekend at #glenmorelodge with the #sportpanel ! The sun was out to welcome us! We started our weekend learning how to play shinty! Only got a wee bit competitive😜 Looking forward to the rest of the residential!
