We need to recognize that people age out of crime. Individuals who have been incarcerated for extended periods of time are costing taxpayers more due to their age now. #JerryJames was 28 yrs old and is now 51 yrs old. He's not the same person he was 24 yrs ago. #SecondLookVA

I appreciate being able to actually hear this side of the story, considering that truly wasn't the case last week. Too few seem to care when VICTIMS are SILENCED, simply because they believe in 2nd Chances. They deserved more. #SecondLookVa deserved more.
