'Protestantism? It is the loyal child of Papism. It went from one heresy to another over the centuries because of its rationalistic scholasticism, and it is continually drowning in the various poisons of its heretical errors. In addition, Papal haughtiness and ‘infallible’

Rules for engaging in Rome vs. East polemic:
1. know Latin & Greek
2. know the Fathers in original languages
3. know medieval scholasticism & medieval Greek theologians
4. know the history of dogmas

there's no point otherwise

Just synthesize this with Simplicius and maybe Scholasticism can be properly reformed

I just kinda wanna put Late Antique Scholasticism into a big database but since so much of it's lost I'm able to settle for doing the same with Baroque Scholasticism. Nonetheless Proclus Iamblicus Damascius and Simplicius seem more entertaining than Conimbra and Salamanca...

Scholasticism was the form & content of Education vilified & negated by Progressive & Constructivist Education Philosophy & Pedagogy. The liberty of will under intellect/conscience; ‘a moral people’ not illiberalism. ‘Practical application’ over ‘academic interest’ = prescient.
