During my tournament preparation last week I got to conclude the week with a practice round at Sahalee Country Club! This course has hosted numerous PGA Tour, LPGA Tour and PGA Tour Champions tournaments. I played with a few of my friends and ended up shooting 73 on the day!

Enjoyed some Masters coverage of Cam Davis today. Reminded me of this gem. from #7 at Sahalee. Drive: 134 yard snap hook into the trees. Approach: 287 driver out of the rough, landed on the green like a wedge. 2 putt par. The sound is awesome.

Prep work is done and the team has Sahalee dialed in for Men’s Invitational! Weather looks perfect for a great tournament!

When great private golf courses are ranked I’m pretty sure most raters have never played Seattle GC, Alderra GC, Inglewood G&CC or Sahalee G&CC. I would put these 4 up against any in America (in the Seattle Summer😎) #greatprivateclubs #golfraters

Jim McLean Golf Jim . I don’t disagree , but 🌲 trimming to allow light and airflow is crucial . At RCGC our trees surpass even those of Sahalee . Removal is contentious , but needed to open playing corridors . Fircrest , another AV Macan classic has done an excellent job of limbing 🌲
