As we get closer to the end of April, #SAAPM draws to a close, but that doesn’t mean we should ever stop working to be better!!

April is SEXUAL ASSAULT AWARENESS AND PREVENTION MONTH (SAAPM) if you or a loved one has been sexually abused and would like someone to talk to there is a 24/7 hotline.

STEP FORWARD. Prevent. Report. Advocate.

Last week we held a fitness challenge to raise awareness for Sexual Assault Awarness and Prevention Month. The DoD observes SAAPM by focusing on creating the culture to eliminate sexual assault & requiring a personal commitment from all.

Today marks the first day of Sexual Assault Awareness Prevention Month (SAAPM)!

As April's Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month (SAAPM) draws to a close, Fayetteville VA NC Coastal Health Care System hosted the MST Walk, honoring the resilience and healing of Veterans who have experienced Military Sexual Trauma (MST).

My first SAAPM Proclamation event as a BDE CSM. I hope to see the day we stomp out this conduct and action in our Armed Forces. No one should have to become a victim of sexual harassment or assault. There’s no place for this in our profession.
