One of our industry's geniuses, Ottmar Mergenthaler, was born #OTD May 11, 1854. Though #Mergenthaler died young (at 45), he left a long & significant legacy—the #Linotype , which revolutionized the printing industry. Happy birthday, Mr. Mergenthaler! #printingmuseum #printhistory
