I've moved to the PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point) side of Calgary 911. The people on this side handle fire dispatch for Calgary & area, and they answer 911 calls. Currently, I’m sitting with an experienced team member dispatching rural fire departments due to how busy it is.

After spending several hours with PSAP & Fire Dispatch, I am moving to the call-taking side for the Calgary Police. I have so far been very impressed with the quality of communication provided by the Calgary 911 team to members of our community experiencing emergencies.
