Last weekend we were discussing the current state of politics & security in OSCE region with my colleagues from OSCE PA at Villa Borsig of GermanForeignOffice in Berlin. During the seminar we also analyzed the ongoing security situation in the South Caucasus region.

Parliamentarians are meeting on the outskirts of Berlin for informal talks exploring #OSCE 's role in addressing challenges in the region. #Ukraine , #Baltic region and #SouthCaucasus are in focus.

#OSCEPA Pres. Pia Kauma & SG Roberto Montella express condolences over the death of Roberto Battelli. An MP from Slovenia, Mr. Battelli served in the PA for 27 years in roles including Vice-President, Treasurer and Special Rep for South East Europe. He will be sorely missed. RIP

President Pia Kauma is in Bucharest on a preparatory visit for the 31st #OSCEPA Annual Session. Today she signed a MoU for hosting the session with Dan Barna, Vice-president of the Chamber of Deputies and Head of the 🇷🇴 Del. & Sorin-Mihai Cîmpeanu, Vice-President of the Senate.
