A few pics I snapped in Gunning Cove, Shelburne today. Never seen anything like this. The fire crews, volunteers & community are doing everything they can. They are exhausted, but the sight of new equipment to help them brightened spirits a bit. The smell is surreal. #NSFire

Already a good soaking rain for many in the region.
#Halifax area has picked up 25-40 mm.
ECCC station in Shelburne is up to 37 mm.
Saint Andrews NB area is near 20 mm so far.
