I woke at 3am to start the #NHSRamadanChallenge and by 4am felt sick eating and drinking so early on in the day. I was up to the toilet all night before this as tried to drink plenty fluids last night then again in the 2 hours after this video

💡 Flexibility is key - My concentration definitely dropped towards the end of the day. From talking to muslim colleagues ahead of time I had anticipated this&so had switched some of my planned meetings around
