My 40s is when I finally accepted myself. Lots of soul searching, confidence and self awareness, having the courage to leave the familiar and go into the unknown both personally and professionally. Very lucky and blessed. Hello 50 and the start of a new chapter. #MyLifeAsMarsha

Always knew my epilepsy care has been badly mismanaged, so it was refreshing to speak to a consultant today who understood the different types of seizures I’ve been having and a review of my meds with support from the epilepsy nurse. #epilepsy #MyLifeAsMarsha #NHS
