今朝、新しい工場への機械の引越しが始まりました😆
今日から松浦🌲MAM72-35Vのパーツを中に入れる作業、明日、DMG森🌳NTX2500が来ます。自動化計画がいよいよスタートです。
1月にはDMU60evo PH-CELLが来てパレチェン3兄弟が勢揃い。
完全自動化には超えなきゃならない山もあるけど。前進前進です😆

割と本気の疑問なんですけど、MX-330の主軸はいくら長時間ブン回してもピカピカなんですよ。
あー…これオペレーターの心が綺麗だからなんだろうなって思ってる矢先MAM72-35Vを導入したら、主軸に切削液のミストがこびりついて固まったみたいなのが付着してまぁー取れない。
何が違うんですかね？

MAM72-35Vユーザーなのですが、スケジューリングの強化はかなり良いっス。
段取り時間が激減しそう。
GUIも一新され、機械干渉も外部pcではなく、機械の画面内に搭載され進化を感じてます。実際に観て触れて体感すべし。
しかしながら、かなり長居してしまった😆感謝
