After yesterday's odyssey, I got muscle aches, which I only noticed on today's walk. So, I took it slow. Two rose bushes allowed me to plug the petals of one flower, so I can infuse my water. The beach rose smells heavenly & the petals of the dog rose look like 💗s.

At the park redolent of roses & elder, my robin friend accompanied me. I saw a dragonfly by the pond. Shortly after that, the heron showed up & landed very close by. Startled a red squirrel when I walked by the bird feeding station.
