You're planning an IPD meta-analysis, but, is it worth it? Great talk at #CochraneLondon by Richard Riley (R²).
You should plan to calculate your power of the IPDMA and plan accordingly.
Nice tweetorial on large core LVO. At #ESOC23 , MAGNA collaboration results of large core RCT IPDMA led by Amrou Sarraj were presented. Basically benefit of all subgroups, only exception core >150ml (although favourable trend).
