Interesting discussion on the fact that World Health Organization (WHO) staff seem to have access on all the #INB9 discussions. The 'official' answer seems to be that only those who have specific technical support roles have that access but it sounds like in reality everyone does.
NSAs seem divided in what

Member States must prioritise 🌍. Rather than monitoring all animals, focus on activities with high spillover risk. Addressing root causes reduces pandemic risk, saves lives and prevents socio-economic disruption. #INB9

A #OneHealth strategy is critical in halting future pandemics by reducing zoonotic transmissions from animals to humans. Embedding this approach in Article 4 of the #PandemicAgreement equips communities with essential resources to prevent disease outbreaks. #INB9 #healthequity
