#Belize has ratified the #HighSeasTreaty making it the third country to do so joining #Palau & #Chile . Of the current 88 signatory countries, we still need 57 more countries to ratify the Treaty for it to enter into force.

Congratulations to Seychelles for becoming the first African country to officially ratify the #HighSeasTreaty . Ensuring the Treaty comes into force is a critical step to protecting 30% of the world's land and sea by 2030--a goal set forth by the UN. Only 56 more countries to go!
