I used People's CDC for an inpatient stay last week and got my ADA accommodation: HCWs treating me wore N95s + the other HCWs in the clinic wore surgical masks. I could not mask due to the procedure. Per the Lucira tests I took which I took despite having 0 symptoms, I am negative

The week before when I had 2 appointments, none of the HCWs in my clinic were masked. I saw more patients masked than healthcare workers. Eternally grateful to People's CDC for empowering disabled patients. #HealthcareIsAHumanRight #KeepMasksInHealthcare 😷

A week later I had to send him back to acute care in an ambulance. He has been admitted. IF the UCP would properly fund healthcare and would stop chasing away HCWs, they would have saved themselves the cost of his ambulance and readmission.
