Firstcry Xpressbees India Firstcry still amount not refunded while product was already cancelled by firstcry. BBR Consumer Affairs

I ordered a kid's tricycle from dr.suman kumar on 11 April & received it on 13 April. The product arrived damaged with scratches. Raised a replacement request on 18 April with photos, but it was cancelled on 21 April without explanation. Poor service!
Kindly exchange or refund

Why it's mentioned that customer wants delivery in evening..?
Even I didn't ask anyone to deliver my shipment this time.
I wanted my shipment to be deliver on that time and date which is given by firstcry. It doesn't matter morning or afternoon evening

To any parent considering FirstCry, beware. You're not just buying products;you're buying into a nightmare of delays and disappointment. Save yourself the agony and look elsewhere for reliable service. As for me,I'm still waiting for resolution.

Firstcry Cancelled my return request for no proper reason and now saying return window is closed .
Worst experience will never order anything from firstcry and make sure any of my contacts won't order.
