In modern NI, inclusion must go beyond green & orange and ALL must actually mean ALL.

Our local NI Councils can apply for and receive funding for improved inclusive public facilities & services.

Where Councils don't provide these things, I believe it is more an issue of neglect of their disabled residents and not one of unaffordability.
