Agree. That's why we need #EdnasLaw for true #accountability , not only in #NHS but in all sectors where #whistleblowing workers raise concerns or report harm/risk/loss & in far too many cases death. Those who cover up must be removed otherwise they do it again in when more senior

Very powerful talk this eve byTed Brown & Eileen Chubb on panel organised by Leigh Day and Matrix Chambers about homophobic abuse in the care sector. Eileen saying you cannot train abusers. Need to understand that predators go where there is prey. #EdnasLaw
