Week 3 Day 3 and the injury bug finally decides to bite. 1 minute left in the run and my right hamstring pulls. I admit the last week made me a bit overconfident in how far i could go in the time.

I gave myself a talking to and finally started week three of Couch to 5k.

It hurt. I believed this was the end of me, and I’d never be able to say goodbye to you all or publish my spicy chef romance!
