Week 3 Day 3 and the injury bug finally decides to bite. 1 minute left in the run and my right hamstring pulls. I admit the last week made me a bit overconfident in how far i could go in the time.

Week 3 Day 2. Considering I've walked Alcatraz, 5 miles of Muir Woods, and what feels like half of San Francisco in the past three days, I'm feeling pretty good. #couchto5k
