การตรวจยีนมะเร็งเต้านมในปัจจุบัน (ถ้าทำได้) อย่างน้อยควรครอบคลุม BRCA1/2, TP53, PTEN, PALB2 และ CDH1 ครับ

ผู้ที่มีการกลายพันธุ์ของ PALB2 ยังสามารถใช้ยา PARP inhibitor ได้ด้วย

Inverse blebs are triggered by fluid pressure build-up in the intercellular space and local fluid confinement by adhesion molecules. When adhesion is genetically reduced, as in the embryo heterozygous for Cdh1 below, inverse blebs cannot form anymore! [5/7]
