While repairs continue at 3 slide locations, #Hwy1 on the #BigSur coast remains open to travel from the Monterey/Carmel area to just south of the Esalen Institute, and from the Cambria/San Simeon area to just south of Limekiln State Park. Ideal time to visit the #BigSur coast.

Final repair design completed at Regent’s Slide on #Hwy1 on #BigSur coast. Repairs at Regent’s to start when clearances obtained from resource agencies and drier conditions persist. Repairs at Regent’s scheduled to be ongoing when Paul’s Slide reopens in late spring.
