田口善弘＠発言は私の個人としての見解であり中央大学やその機関の意見を代表するものではありません 先生 のメールで知ったのですが、IEEEのBIME（bibe2022.asia.edu.tw）とBIBM(ieeebibm.org/BIBM2022/ )は、論文の〆切は一週間くらいしか違いませんが、前者はオンラインが確定しているのですね。前者にはジャーナルトラックがない、後者にはそれががある違いがあるのがあります。
