Yesterday, we had the opportunity to celebrate our Brigade Command Sergeant Major Matthew Hire’s retirement. CSM Hire served 24 years, and spent his last two years working tirelessly for our cadets and cadre in #ArmyROTC .

It's an annual competition/training event hosted by ArmyMarksmanshipUnit that includes #Soldiers from all components (@USArmy Army ROTC National Guard & U.S. Army Reserve) competing side by side at US Army Maneuver Center of Excellence .

Big changes are coming for me this month. This morning, a good friend gave me a fast tour of the Pentagon. I was sure to rep the UCO Bronchos Army ROTC w/ my shirt because I will miss the Broncho Community when we move east.

Ladies and Gentlemen I present to you one of my Soldiers, 2LT Gary Allison. He used the Army ROTC Green to Gold ADO program to go from Drill Sergeant to future MEDIVAC helicopter PL. These leaders just continue to make me proud to have served with them.
