April 25th is also #AnzacDay2024 . I always remember my Great Uncle Joe who, aged just 15, landed with the Munster Fusiliers from the SS Clyde. Under heavy fire, the Munsters tried to get ashore three times & were, as one witness said, 'Literally slaughtered like rats in a trap.'
