Andriy Chmyrov Joachim Fischer Andrew york Reto Fiolka Thorlabs A custom deck insert is an elegant idea! However, we also use the setup for a (new project) on multi-color SMLM. Alternatively I could also insert a second deck to raise the primairy obj. That should also improve the telecentricity! BTW, how did you get these CAD files?

Joachim Fischer Marijn Siemons Andrew york Reto Fiolka Not only that. If to make a custom upper deck inset for IX83 which holds Thorlabs DFM1 cage cube, then the distance from objective thread to the upper side of the cube is 80 mm, plus 51 mm beam path inside of the cube, plus 19 mm of BFP position inside of objective sums to 150mm

Marijn Siemons Andrew york Nicolas Di Fiori Oh! I'm really happy to see this little piece of software being used by actual microscope builders! It's really rewarding to know that my small contribution to the open discussion has had some real impact. Congratulations for the build, and thanks for sharing!
