#echofirst mod ASD 22mm but with flimsy posterior rim and IVC rim.
We used RUPV/LA roof techniques (illustrated in the video)

We have seen cobra deformitybefore.But Never seen such a shape before/after deployment ( not released )
The Figula was changed to Amplatzer of a Similar size Procedure was uneventfull
