Airavat's air balloon burst in Sakleshpur. The crew were extremely polite & calmly handled the pax.
This is the 3rd time I am facing this in 6 months. First gear fail, then ac fail and now this.

Whats more disappointing is that none of the KSRTC mechanics picked the call.

Please make sure your Airavat buses are properly maintained especially when you put to service multiple special service buses to Kerala on peak days.
The first bus broke down at Hosur at 1AM and waited for 2 hours for new bus. Now new bus also..
