I don’t agree it can be drafted by just anybody. How does just anybody understands the principles of ademption, lapse, mistake, residuary clause, nature of gifts/legacy, implications of marriage etc?

These are clear jobs of lawyers and shouldn’t be taken by just anybody to do.
